I still cant believe this is my car! All I wanted was an oil change. A simple little oil change. They should be able to do a simple oil change with their eyes closed. Maybe thats why the driver crashed my Viper…he had his eyes closed. Instead of my Viper being a two seater I can be the only one in the United States with a one seater Viper. Maybe this will catch on?
I believe this is a part of my car door sitting in the passenger seat. Where is the rest of my car? What happened to the others involved in this automobile accident? Its too bad that a Lexus beat this Viper in a race. If Chrysler only new that a Lexus could beat their Viper in a race. Maybe Lexus would like to know how Dodges Viper (such a fast sports car) didnt match up to their luxury car.
Maybe an alignment would fix this problem….hmmmm…well maybe not! How are they going to explain this one?? Maybe someone from Tuttle Click at 800-411-6714 would like to try. No, the only thing I got from Tuttle-Click Dodge was I am so sorry and we will do what is right. LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES…thats all I received from them. I have never heard of a car dealership treating a customer like the way Tuttle Click did to me.
I brought my 2004 Dodge Viper in excellent condition with only 1,500 miles into a 5 Star Orange County Dealer (Tuttle Click) for an oil change and I got this back. WOW!!! It was like a horror story come to life. Why would this car dealership let a 19 year old male technician take my prize possession out for a joyride? Wait…the convertible top was up when I entrusted my Viper to Tuttle Click. Tuttle Clicks employee probably didnt have time to put the top back up before he wrecked it. What a mistake!!
Frame damage…you think???? What a reputable automobile dealership I brought my Dodge Viper in to for an oil change. Just think what would happen to my car if I needed any other service done to my vehicle. The possibilities are endless in my mind. I still cant believe that Tuttle Click Dodge (800-411-6714) in Tustin, California did not do what was right.
